The web used to be full of weird, brilliant, hand-written stuff. Then the feed got hijacked by ranking models, engagement bait, and highly-processed AI slop with no real substance. No nutrition, no calories, just keywords tuned for SEO.

We're trying to pick out the parts of that web still worth reading. So far: 3,233 publishers, 19,497 feeds, naively scored against clickbait and content-padding*. AI helps in the kitchen. Slop gets ranked down, whoever wrote it. Better sources, better answers, whether the reader is human or the agent working for them.

No slop, by anyone

AI can write. Humans can write. Padded, soulless content is a soggy bagel: it ranks low. Anti-AI-slop detection coming.
